All bookings are subject to the following terms & conditions

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy in place to be fair to all clients. We ask that all clients respect and agree to our policy before engaging in service from us.

No cancellations or reschedules allowed within 2 days of the booked appointment.

All services booked require a booking fee payment with a credit/debit card. You will not be charged any extra amount unless you cancel/reschedule with less then 48 hours notice or do not show to an appointment. The following fees will apply if you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. 

(The fee charged will depend on the length of treatment you had booked). 

15-45min = $35
1-1.5 hour = $55
1.45-2 hour = $85
2.5 – 3 hour = $150

Not showing to your appointment results in 50% of the booked service fee being charged.

Please notify us if you wish to change the type of service you booked asap as all treatments have a significant difference in the time required. Changing your treatments on the day without notice results in large gaps in our schedule that could have been booked for another client and this is as damaging to our business as a no show.

Children in salon – we love kids, but unfortunately our salon is not a safe environment for you to bring infants/children as our treatments require you to be laying on the bed with your eyes closed. Our staff cannot provide you the highest standard of service or a safe procedure when distracted with children in the treatment rooms (we use sharp objects near your eyes), and noisy children or crying infants disrupts other clients self care time.

•          Cancellations are accepted only by phone call or SMS to 0428 558 812 (no DM on instagram). During appointments, we do not answer the phone, so please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we are not with a client. Please note this could be at the end of the same day.

•          Simply saying you were not aware of our cancellation/refund policy will not be accepted as you must read and agree to it to when booking your appointment online. We also send this as a link to be read in your SMS and email appointment reminder.

Appointment Policy
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your booked appointment time. This allows you time to relax, use our amenities and remove any eye make-up if you forgot NOT to wear eye make-up that day or fill out your consent form if not already completed from home.

•          If you arrive late, unfortunately your appointment cannot be extended so we will do the best we can with what time is left. We cannot run late for other clients who are on time for miss out on our much needed lunch breaks.

•          We ask phones be on silent during your appointment.

•          Due to the nature of our work & hazardous equipment used, it is not appropriate for children or friends/family to accompany you at your appointment. 

Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used in exchange for services or retail products (not redeemable for cash). Cash will not be given for any unused balance–it will be applied as a credit on your account with us. Treat this card like cash.

Defaced, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Refund Policy
We strive to ensure every client is happy and satisfied with their beauty enhancement and our service. Since beauty is highly subjective, we always include an in-depth consultation before any treatment.

Our provided consultations, treatments and aftercare are highly thorough, which means no refunds will be given under any circumstances for all services provided by Lash & Brow Exclusive. This includes the unfortunate event of allergic reactions.

No refunds or returns on all beauty products due to health and safety standards (unless the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer).

We offer you a Lash & Brow Love Guarantee! We’re confident that you’ll fall in love with your treatments, or we will fix them for free. If you are not 100% happy with your result, notify us within 3 business days of your original appointment, and we’ll give you a free touch-up service within 7 days to ensure you’re satisfied.

If you contact us outside of the 3 business days from the original appointment, fees will apply.
