Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy in place to be fair to all clients. We ask that all clients respect and agree to our policy before engaging in service from us.
• All services booked require a credit/debit card on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged any amount unless you cancel/reschedule with less then 48 hours notice given or you do not show to an appointment, then the following fees will apply.
The fee charged will depend on the length of treatment you had booked.
30min – $25
45min – $30
1 hour – $40
1 hr 15 – $45
1.5 hour – $55
1.45 hour – $60
2 hour – $70
No show to appointments results in 100% of the booked service fee being charged (full service price not a promo price).
Cosmetic tattoo appointments with less then 48 hours notice will lose the deposit paid, 24 hours notice $150 will be charged or 50% of the full service price (not on sale) if a no show.
• Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your treatment. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask that a minimum 48 hours’ notice is provided. Should you change, reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee is forfeit or the appropriate fee charged.
• We are very strict with our cancellation policy as clients who cancel within short notice, not only impact the business negatively, but stop others from having the opportunity to make an appointment at that time. Thank you for understanding.
• We have a strict no show policy. If you do not show up to a confirmed appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.
• Cancellations are accepted only by phone call or SMS to 0428 558 812. During appointments, we do not answer the phone, so please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we are not with a client. Please note this could be at the end of the same day.
• Simply saying you were not aware of our cancellation/refund policy will not be accepted as you must read and agree to it to when booking your appointment online. We also send this as a link to be read in your SMS and email appointment reminder.
Appointment Policy
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your booked appointment time. This allows you time to relax, use our amenities and remove any eye make-up if you forgot NOT to wear eye make-up that day.
For new clients, this provides enough time to fill out new client forms.
• If you arrive late, unfortunately, your appointment will not be extended.
• We ask phones be on silent during your appointment.
• Due to the nature of our work & hazardous equipment used, it is not appropriate for children or friends/family to accompany you at your appointment.
Gift Voucher Policy
All gift vouchers purchased from Lash & Brow Exclusive expire 12 months from the purchase date (vouchers are not redeemable after expiry date).
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used in exchange for services or retail products (not redeemable for cash). Cash will not be given for any unused balance–it will be applied as a credit on your account with us. Treat this card like cash.
Defaced, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure every client is happy and satisfied with their beauty enhancement and our service. Since beauty is highly subjective, we always include an in-depth consultation before any treatment.
Our provided consultations, treatments and aftercare are highly thorough, which means no refunds will be given under any circumstances for all services provided by Lash & Brow Exclusive. This includes the unfortunate event of allergic reactions.
No refunds or returns on all beauty products due to health and safety standards (unless the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer).
We offer you a Lash Love Guarantee! We’re confident that you’ll fall in love with your eyelash extensions, or we will fix them for free. If you are not 100% happy with your result, notify us within 3 business days of your original appointment, and we’ll give you a free touch-up service within 7 days to ensure you’re satisfied.
If you contact us outside of the 3 business days from the original appointment, fees will apply.
