Ombre Brows Gold Coast
Ombre Brows – the newest and greatly improved version of the past ‘Powder filled brow’. The Ombre Brow has a soft gradient colour in the front of the brows that slowly blends into a more defined arch and tail. For that perfectly makeup-filled look that won’t wash off. This Technique is suitable for all skin types and better suited to those with an active lifestyle as this technique typically last up to a year longer than Microblading.
The colour and shape is individually customised to every guest, perfect for both the most fair hair and skin tones or the darkest of hair and skins. The colour choices are endless and the shape is always custom designed to your own face shape and features.
There is also the option to upgrade the Ombre Brow to ‘The Burleigh Brow’ which combines both the Microblading and Ombre technique. We start with Microblading hair stokes in the front of the brows, then softly blend that into the Ombre shading to define the arch and tails of the brow.

We totally get it, that’s why we take the time to listen, really listen, to make sure your happy with the shape and colour, and know exactly what to expect before we go anywhere near the treatment room.
During your consult your artist will go over how to prep, what to expect during the procedure and what is required for your aftercare. This is the perfect time to ask any other questions you may have. If you usually fill/draw on your brows please attend the appointment with them done so I can see how you usually wear your brows.
Your consult includes a complimentary Brow wax, tint and makeup fill.

Ombre Brow Initial Treatment

The Touch Up
Your final appointment is 6 weeks after the initial procedure. This is a final perfection appointment to make any minor touch ups. As we would have already discussed in your consult, you lose colour in some areas of the brow as your body takes on the healing process. The touch up appointment is essential so that your artist can perfect the result which will then go on to last 1-2 years. Includes a brow tidy and aftercare kit.
Treatment Price
The price is inclusive of the second touch up appointment four – six weeks after the initial treatment and 2 x after care packs.

What is Brow Tattooing?
Brow tattooing is a semi-permanent cosmetic treatment that enhances the shape, fullness, and symmetry of your eyebrows using fine, natural-looking pigment. Designed to complement your features, this technique can create soft, hair-like strokes or a more defined, shaded look—perfect for those wanting long-lasting, low-maintenance brows that stay flawless day and night.
How long will it last?
Cosmetic tattoo results vary from person to person, as a general guide, it usually lasts 12-24 months before requiring a colour refresh. The duration depends on your skin type, lifestyle and exposure to certain elements, which can cause the ink to fade faster than others. Guests with oiler skin, increased sun exposure, use of Retin A, Frequent skin treatments containing AHA’s and some medications will cause the area to fade faster, and in some cases prevent the hair strokes from staying at all. This will be determined at your Consultation. Some guests may need a small touch up at 6 months due to the above.
Can I go to work the next day?
Yes. The Procedure will not hinder you from going to work. However, there might be some redness and tenderness & strict cleaning/after care is required so depending on the nature of your work it may be better to plan ahead.
Does it hurt?
Slightly, depending on the individual’s pain tolerance. Anaesthetics are used to numb the treatment area throughout the procedure to keep you comfortable. Slight discomfort may be experienced at the beginning of the treatment, but then is mostly painless throughout the rest of the treatment. Before your appointment – it is important to avoid alcohol & fish oil capsules, as these will thin the blood and effect the numbing cream.
How will it look straight after the treatment?
Immediately after Cosmetic Tattooing the colour will appear much darker than when the skin has healed in 7 to 14 day’s time. The colour will lighten up to 40%. The size of the treated area will shrink slightly and your new brows or lips will look much more natural in appearance over the next 4 weeks with more of a soft powder look.
What do I need to do for aftercare?
We cannot stress enough how important it is to follow through with the aftercare 100% to achieve the ultimate result. You will be provided with an aftercare sheet with the clear instructions of what you will need to do. If it’s not listed on the aftercare sheet, do NOT do it.
I have a Special event coming up…..
It is recommended to have your initial and perfection appointment done prior to your special event, you should plan to have your initial booking 8-12 weeks before your occasion, to allow time for your touch up and healing.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to have Microblading tattooing.
Botox & Fillers
As these treatments can change the facial symmetry, avoid injectables 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks after your Microblading tattoo appointment.
The End Result & Contradictions
The end results will always vary for each individual person, some pencilling/powdering-in may still be needed in some cases. L&B Exclusive makes no guarantee to a guest’s end result, as we have no control over each guest’s unique skin type, structure, their healing process and aftercare commitment. This will be discussed further with you in your consultation. Should additional sessions be required, charge will apply accordingly.
Contradictions
- Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers
- Undergoing chemotherapy
- Problem skin and acne in the area to be treated
- Keratosis (dry, scaly skin patches caused by sun damage)
- Diabetes without a doctor’s clearance
- Extremely sensitive/dry/oily skin
- Sunburnt skin
- Certain medications, please discuss this with us
- High dose Blood thinning medications
- Some individuals with previous eyebrow or lip tattoo done elsewhere. This may require a removal process before new work can be done on the area.
